Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving successful PR initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, extensive PR experience, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client goals and develop tailored PR strategies to meet their needs.
PR and Campaign Development and Execution:
  • Collaborate with the  team to develop and implement PR plans and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with clients to approve PR and campaign materials and timelines.
  • Monitor and report on PR and campaign  performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Project Management:
  • Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage internal and external resources to deliver high-quality results.
  • Ensure all client deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
Strategic Planning:
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify new opportunities for client growth and engagement.
  • Develop and present strategic plans to clients, showcasing potential impact and ROI.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular reports on PR and campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights for future strategies.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the PR, marketing, and creative teams to align efforts and achieve client goals.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Media Relations:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and other media professionals.
  • Develop and execute media outreach strategies to secure coverage for clients.
  • Oversee and execute  all PR activities and pitching efforts, ensuring consistent and effective communication with the media.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management  in a PR  agency.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and delivering results.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in PR tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Experience in building and maintaining media relationships is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience in the web3 and emerging tech industry are preferred.
