Their mission is to build secure, AI-driven internal systems that dramatically improve operational efficiency across Finance, HR, Compliance, and Core Operations.
What You Will Build
1. Autonomous AI Agents for Internal Processes
• LLM-driven agents that perform end-to-end workflows in HR, Finance, and Operations
• Internal chat interfaces for interacting with agents
• Context management, retrieval, and workflow memory
• Deterministic multi-step agent behavior
2. Automation Pipelines
• Advanced workflow automation in n8n and Make.com
• Building custom nodes in Python/TypeScript
• Multi-system orchestration across internal and external SaaS tools
• Robust pipelines for approvals, reporting, reconciliation, onboarding/offboarding
3. AI Orchestration & Tooling
• High-quality prompt engineering
• Tool-calling & multi-agent orchestration
• Optional fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA)
• Strong reasoning about agent reliability and error-handling
4. Back-Office Automation
Work closely with HR, Finance, Operations, and Compliance teams to automate:
• HR onboarding/offboarding workflows
• Payroll & compensation processes
• Procurement & approvals routing
• Data reconciliation workflows
• Compliance operational tasks
• Internal document & information flows
Requirements
Must-Have
• 2–4 years in high-growth startups
• Degree from top universities
• Strong coding in Python & TypeScript
• Experience with automation tools: n8n / Make.com / Workato / Airflow
• Ability to build custom connectors & microservices
• Strong prompt engineering
• Ability to decompose operational workflows
• High ownership, autonomy, and speed
Nice-to-Have
• Vertex AI
• LangChain / LlamaIndex / DSPy
• Experience fine-tuning models
• Experience automating HR/Finance processes
• Experience with internal bots or agent systems
Career Path
• Start full-time in India
• After 12–18 months → potential relocation to Dubai, depending on performance
